Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. We are happy to give you tips on what you can experience in Kassel and the surrounding area.

Wer zu uns zu Besuch kommt, darf gerne unsere eigenen Eier probieren und sich wie zu Hause fühlen und unser gesamtes 20.000 am großes Grundstück nutzen und erkunden. Our apartment in Wittelsberg, a quiet place in Ebsdorfergrund, is located directly at the forest and invites you to take long walks. Nearby are the Schlosspark Rauischholzhausen and the historic university town of Marburg (12 km). Car is recommended for maximum flexibility. A charging station for electric cars (11kW) is available and can be used on request (for a fee). The overnight price includes final cleaning.
