In the middle of Tyrol, our "family garden" invites everyone who visits Innsbruck and its surroundings. The bright garden apartment offers a cozy "home away from home" for basically 2 people. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room creates sleeping possibilities for 4 people or a family. In addition, 2 parking spaces are available. Our house is completely renovated, with attention to detail. For all nature lovers, the private garden offers direct relaxation as well as vegetables and herbs to harvest in the spring and summer.

Active vacation and city trip, hiking, cycling and winter sports: The Alte Schmiede in Sistrans is the perfect starting point for a break! Between fields, meadows and forests lies the village of 2,500 inhabitants at 1,000 meters directly on the Patscherkofel, with magnificent mountain panorama and views of the Inn Valley. Innsbruck is only 20 minutes away and in 30 minutes you are at the Brenner. The icing on the cake is the special charm of the apartment, which was renovated in 2023: The Alte Schmiede dates back to 1666!

WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

A bakery and a supermarket are a 10-minute walk.
