We felt right at home. The apartment was even nicer than in the photos. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything you could ever need in terms of amenities. The location is really great: quiet and located in the middle of the forest. The apartment above us was also inhabited, but you really don't get anything about it. The highlight was the private sauna. But it takes about half an hour to heat up, but then it will also keep warm for half an hour after the time has elapsed! We can 100% recommend the apartment and will be back for sure!

The view is great and a few steps away is a cute harbor bistro with delicious food at reasonable prices, cocktails and soft drinks and nice service. A very spacious apartment to feel good. I was by car and could park for free, which was great. It was very quiet - although Netto etc. were downstairs, but you don't notice that. (Some other visitors have already written and I can only agree with them) If you come by public transport, you could maybe ride a bike (rented at the train station). Super uncomplicated communication. Glad to come back😁 A proposal for the summer season: seating on the balcony

Great apartment - everything you need - great location!

Quietly located, clean & modern apartment. Great communication with the host! By car, the property is 10 min from the beach. (Walking very far, feasible by bike) We were satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation!

We (two adults + two children 4 and 5 years) felt very comfortable in Bernd's Achterkajüte! You can tell - in a positive sense! - that a private landlord is at work here, who cares about the well-being of his guests and the condition of his vacation property! From the very friendly welcome to the impeccable apartment (well photographed, as shown in the photos), the use of the spacious garden for playing football with the children, the family-friendly environment in Loddin with delicious restaurant (recommendation: Kikis Bootsverleih & Restaurant in Loddin), the good location on Usedom... In this beautiful accommodation you can spend a few relaxing days in beautiful surroundings. The apartment offers plenty of space and is very cozily furnished. It is also very well equipped, you have everything you need, even to cook on site. Heike and her husband are very friendly and helpful, you feel very well taken care of right away. In the area you can do great bike tours through the forest, it is 3 minutes on foot to the water, you can cross to Poland by ferry and the restaurants in the village supply delicious fish, if you do not feel like cooking. There is also a small supermarket on site. If you want a break from the city or generally like to be in nature, you can spend a very nice, quiet time here.

Tobias was always available in case there were questions or information to give. The apartment was very well decorated and clean, and the location with restaurants and supermarkets available and within walking distance.

Our stay at the Feldberg lake landscape was very nice - the apartment looked like the photos, spacious, everything clean and everything you need!

Even though the namesake for this apartment is Enrico, you have to deal with Martina in practice. She responded quickly and kindly to all our inquiries. There were three of us and it was important to us to have separate sleeping arrangements. That worked out very well. The apartment is a very lovingly developed attic (1st floor, including Martina and Enrico) with a staircase inside the apartment to the bed upstairs, with plenty of space, a very well equipped kitchen, even with dishwasher. The use of the washing machine was easily possible by prior request, as was drying on the clothes rack. We enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings at the Zecheriner boat harbor, far away from tourist crowds.

Marcel and his wife are super nice hosts. If I had something to do nearby, I would definitely come back👍😃

I stayed at Sigrid’s apartment for two weeks and was very pleased with the experience. The apartment is spacious, bright, spotless, and very well maintained. Its location is excellent – just a 5-minute walk to the University Hospital and big Lidl store, with a bus stop right around the corner. Sigrid is a wonderful host: kind, helpful, and very thoughtful. I especially appreciated her picking me up from the train station on arrival and taking me back very early in the morning on my departure day. The apartment is also very quiet and offers great privacy. All in all, the apartment is absolutely worth every penny. If I ever return to Greifswald, I will definitely stay with Sigrid again!

We loved our stay. Things were accurately described and depicted. The host gave clear instructions, provided a helpful FAQ list and was very responsive.

There were two of us there for a week over New Year's. The apartment is great, the whole house is very new, underfloor heating, large bathroom and large bathtub make it cozy even in winter. The kitchen is excellently equipped, the apartment offers plenty of space for two, we did not use the second bedroom under the roof. The apartment was perfectly clean. For us, it was the ideal apartment for this vacation. Usedom is also worth a trip at this time of year to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere in the accommodation was very pleasant – cozy, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The wellness area was a great extra and perfectly rounded off the stay. The view from the apartment was also particularly beautiful – just to feel good. We spent a week in this beautiful apartment. Location is perfectly located. Located in a new settlement with playground, pool in the basement, fitness room and private parking in the garage. You can walk to the beach and the center in about 10 minutes. Everything was perfect and we liked it very much. A plus is the air conditioning and the elevator to the apartment. We would definitely come back.

A beautiful view from the window is the deciding factor. Bonuses in the form of a panorama, a pool is super. I recommend it to everyone.

Great apartment, host and beautiful view from the place. The host was very clear with checkin instructions and very responsive. The apartment was very well kept, clean and exceeded our expectations with a wonderful view of the city. The amenities were also a huge plus, private underground parking as well as an indoor pool on the bottom level. Overall was an excellent stay!
