It is the perfect starting point for day trips: the area offers lakes, cycling and hiking trails, picturesque old villages and many other attractions waiting to be discovered. Our small village of Flieth also has a few things to offer: a charming regional shop with organic produce and a local restaurant with a beer garden – perfect for a relaxing evening.

With a lot of work on our own, we turned a 90s studio with carpeting into a cozy vacation apartment. From here you can start in the surrounding national park, go to the swimming lake or go on a bike tour. The garden house is located in the immediate vicinity of our family home. We'll be happy to provide you with recommendations for a great vacation!

Outside, the beautiful garden is ideal for morning coffee, unwinding, or a relaxing evening barbecue.

Our small guest house in the garden is also a small gallery, a bit also a large Tini house, and it was once until almost 80 years ago a small stable, whose outer walls are also preserved. Since then it has served as a guest domicile. Inside, everything is completely modernly renovated and has underfloor heating. Very important to mention is the bunk bed, there is only one double bunk bed for sleeping... if that is too difficult, you cannot be our guest...

Guesthouse on the harbor 2 levels with gallery (55 sqm)

After several years of renovation work, our guest house will be offered for rent for the first time from July 2019. The guesthouse is located (50 meters) close to the harbour in our historic old town. We look forward to welcoming you warmly and hope you will spend a holiday with us that will stay in good memory for a long time. If you want to visit us in three or with a child, a sofa bed is available on the gallery. The price includes spa card fees.

Cozy bungalow with garden by the Baltic Sea

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

Our apartment is located on a peninsula in a unique location - from one side only 100 m from Lake Neuwarp, from the other side only about 80 m from the Szczecin Lagoon. Perfect for relaxation, enjoying nature and relaxed walks by the water. In our small town you will find two bistros, a pizzeria and a café. A supermarket is located only about 500 m from the apartment. The beautiful city of Szczecin is about an hour's drive from us.

Our holiday home is 40 sqm in size and has been laid out separately on the property. This is located in a popular Stralsund residential area, from which the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, a bedroom, a children's room, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue. A car parking space is available. The storage of bicycles is possible.
