Welcome to our cosy country house in Mueritz National Park, a converted barn dating to 1895. It has 4 bed rooms, 3 bathrooms, a large spacious living room with a fire place, a country style gas cooker and it’s own sauna. It hosts up to 7 people (+ one kid). The houses is located in the Müritz natural reserve, 100km from Berlin and Ofers stunning views. The closest lake is 800 m away. The property is equally charming though all seasons. Perfect for a family vacation for up to 8 people.

Vacation home at the Rittergut Bömitz

At the gates of the island of Usedom (approx. 20 minutes), Rittergut Bömitz offers you a Scandinavian-style apartment with a relaxing opportunity away from the urban hustle and bustle - an oasis of deceleration. The apartment (about 80 sqm) for max. 4 people is located on the 2nd floor of a former stable building with farmhouse charm on the 3-hectare estate ensemble, which is under monument and nature conservation, with the over 400-year-old estate signs.

Charming farmhouse in Uckermark

The house is located on the outskirts of Bertikow, about 10 km south of Prenzlau and 5.5 km from Seehausen (train station). Ober- and Unteruckersee are nearby. Built in 1949 as a new farmhouse, it was carefully renovated and lovingly furnished in 2008-2013. In the large garden there are fruit trees and berry bushes. The swimming lake with sandy beach is a 5-minute walk away. In 2021, we created a meadow with fruit trees on our adjacent hectare of land.

In a lovingly renovated, former horse stable from 1900, a cozy apartment awaits you in the middle of the countryside. You are very welcome to use the large garden. The apartment extends over two floors. On the ground floor is a large bedroom with double bed and crib. On the upper floor you will find the spacious living and dining area, another bedroom with two single beds, the kitchen and the bathroom. Two more mattresses are located in the cozy attic.

Sankt Unterholz

Sankt Unterholz is a house with 150 m² of living space and 600 m² of garden for up to 9 people in Kraatz; a small village in the Uckermärkische Seen Nature Park. The building, originally used as a stable, was carefully and ecologically converted by us into a holiday and work oasis and is ideal to simply unwind, work together on projects, do yoga, or simply do nothing at all. Watch the children in the sandbox from the deck chair on the terrace.

Farm vacation

Would you like to show your children what life on a farm is like or just relax for a few days? Then you've come to the right place. In the converted old pigsty there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms including a kitchen and large living area. In addition to 100 dairy cows, there are also cats, chickens, alpacas and rabbits on the farm. There are also many tractors and machines to admire. An excursion to Szczecin, just 10 km away, is ideal.

Vacation with vision

Relax away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Clear air, birdsong and starry skies. A village in Vorpommern - very close to the Szczecin Lagoon – not far from the island of Usedom. You will be staying in a lovingly renovated, former barn. A nice large room (2-3 people) with a cozy double bed, sofa, desk & fireplace awaits you. Two bicycles can be booked. You can ride a bike or paddle a kayak on the Uecker (rental for a fee).

The apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswalder Bodden. Throughout the accommodation, the exposed old beams and rustic decor are reminiscent of the building's history. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also quickly reach the desired places by car.

Between Berlin and the Baltic Sea lies the Mecklenburg Lake District. In just under 2 hours you are from the capital in our small village, 7 km off the B 96. From the separate 1200 sqm property in a village location, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the starry sky as well as the choice of possible excursion destinations in a landscape and bird paradise or the nearby lake.

The huge, natural garden with the pond and the wealth of birds is simply a dream. A natural stone wall shields it. The overgrown garden house is an expanded barn. Oasis for decelerators: Far from the usual tourist business, this is a paradise for a break with peace, excellent air quality and a glamorous starry sky. Dogs are welcome.

The Landhaus Jakob is part of a former four-sided courtyard and is therefore surrounded by nature and yet well connected to the beautiful surroundings by the "Spur der Steine" bike path. The house is adjoined by the 4000 m² garden, where you can linger completely undisturbed by neighbors.
