A great apartment. Perfect for us with 2 children. Easily accessible by tram or bus. Everything you need is nearby. Would stay here again and again.

Check in was a bit bumpy as after 730km drive I was surprised to have to call the caretaker to get the password for the key, I open the door & before me someone who was busy with cleaning, also the lady in the stairwell, who still sorted informative Fleyer, were Tim and his wife. This made me feel a little unsettled, but the days on it, in a great conversation, my confusion resolved. The house is located on a local street, the horse-drawn carriage and the Bimmelbahn pass by, occasionally private cars and some walking tourists. Since you can close the blinds electrically & the windows are well insulated, the plaster stones don't bother either. In a review I read that the kitchen chairs are too hard, I can confirm that a little uncomfortable for long game nights. The wifi password didn't match the description, Mr.Radke had a solution. We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.

Andre's apartment is very cozy and our expectations were exceeded. The sauna is an absolute highlight and the cozy couch sets invite you to relax. Another highlight are the reading chairs under the skylights. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is central. Harbor, shopping, restaurants, bakeries and train station all within walking distance. Andre is a great host. He welcomed us warmly, is helpful, communicative and explained everything well. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and were able to really recover from the stress of everyday life. Thank you Andre for everything, we'd love to come back.

Hosts are very friendly. We felt very comfortable. We were happy about the animals on the farm. Everything is clean and good equipment is available, we didn't miss anything. We will be happy to come back.

It's so nice and quiet.... the place was good for us, travel a lot during the day as everything can be reached quickly by car. Fast communication.

Absolutely recommended. Spic and span apartment, well equipped, great shower, cozy beds. Great underfloor heating - and all this in a quaint, traditional Fischland house. Perfect with a dog, dog-friendly hostess with a lovely poodle, fenced garden, short distance to nature and even dog toys for guest dogs. Amazingly good location, you are quickly in nature and still have all restaurants and highlights and the beach within easy reach. The nearby main road did not bother us, even with the window open at night. Overall great class, we would stay there again anytime.

We have been guests here several times and will be happy to come back. The place is small but cozy and well decorated. The location is quiet, with lots of opportunities for things to do in the region.

Super apartment in the middle of Güstrow. Very clean! Everything available for a nice time in Güstrow. Restaurants and bakeries just around the corner. Nevertheless, quiet location. Communication with Ronald was super easy! We would definitely visit again!

This is a real gem in a very quiet location. You feel right at home and the facilities are great. The garden is completely enclosed and not visible. A real oasis of well-being.

Beautiful apartment in a great location on Rügen. If you like it a little more relaxed, Baabe will love it. And an apartment with a cozy terrace near the beach is simply pure luxury.

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high-quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entrance to the ahoi Therme was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karl's strawberry farm, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and went out of her way to help with any questions. We will be back soon, thank you!

The apartment is as described. Close to the beach and also to the train station. A shaded parking space for the car is available. Great excursions can be started on foot, by bike, by car and also by train as the place is very centrally located on the island. We felt very comfortable.

We could have easily spent several days here. Apartment and especially garden invite you to relax, socialize and get into gear - at the same time there is the opportunity to experience the area (by car). Great host couple who are available and hugely helpful. Louie (3 years) has already asked when to go back - and otherwise misses the chickens 🥰 Lovely holiday🤩

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

Our first time in Rügen. We thought it was great and the apartment was perfect for it. Very nicely furnished, clean and in a great location. We'd definitely come back. Beate is very nice, helpful and answered my questions very quickly. Check-in was easy and easy. What would have been nice is if bathrobes were in the apartment or information that you have to take some with you, because you can use the sauna and the pool on the roof. We had an all-around perfect stay in this beautiful accommodation on Rügen! From the beginning, we were inspired by the quiet, natural location and the lovingly designed grounds. Numerous fruit trees are spread over the extensive property, inviting you to snack and relax. In the morning, we were delighted to have fresh eggs from happy chickens - a real holiday highlight! The hosts are incredibly warm and attentive at all times, without being intrusive. They gave us valuable insider tips and were there to help with any questions. Friendly cats and dogs also live on the premises, which made our days as animal companions even more beautiful. The accommodation itself is stylishly furnished and perfectly equipped - nothing is missing. The place is even bigger than it looks in the pictures. A big thank you to the wonderful hosts - we will be happy to come back!
