The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

It was completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2020. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and consists of a large living room with sofa bed, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, oven, dishwasher and a double bedroom, hallway and bathroom with shower. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.
