Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

Our beautiful thatched house (BJ 1995) is located away from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It's surrounded by meadows and paddocks. From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs in the direction of Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.

For discerning tastes: Das Große Gutshaus

The large manor house is a real rarity on the Baltic Sea coast: On 450 square meters over three floors extend the living and sleeping rooms, a large country house kitchen as well as an exclusive spa area with its own sauna and relaxation area. A panoramic terrace surrounds the house facing southwest, overlooking the estate park. Each of the five bedrooms has a seating area with TV, a private bathroom and a dressing room.

Welcome to our villa by the sea. The private room offered here has an own entrance as well as its own shower room. Two fully equipped kitchens are available for all guests of the house. The house is in the best residential location of Stralsund. Via the promenade you can reach the harbour and the old town, which belongs to the world heritage site of Unesco, within walking distance in a few minutes.
