It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

On an original farm, we have lovingly created a vacation home to dream of. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be! A large garden invites you to linger. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Cozy semi-detached house "Hase" Ummanz / Rügen

The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
