Das Haus liegt 100m von einem See und Spielplatz entfernt. In dem Einfamilienhaus befindet sich ein sanierter Ziegenstall mit separatem Eingang, wo ihr unterkommen würdet. Es ist ein Raum mit Küche , Essgelegenheit und halbhohem Bett . Mit dem Rad benötigt man 15 bis zum Hauptbahnhof und 10min bis zum Supermarkt. Zur Ostsee/Fähre nach Dänemark sind es nur 20min und zur Autobahn 10min. Gerne könnt ihr unser SUP nutzen . Auch eine kleine Sitzecke im Garten steht euch zur Verfügung

The apartment is located in a converted barn with restored beams, which make up the special charm. It is located on the Mecklenburg Lake District and is ideal for hiking, fishing, swimming, cycling and boating. Nearby are the fish restaurant "Zur Forelle," a country inn, a fast food restaurant and a café. The surrounding cities, many museums and the monkey and bear forest are within easy reach. The quietly located holiday flat with 30 m² and space for 2 people is situated on the beautiful Schmachtersee. The cosy living/bedroom with couch, double bed and large TV invites you to linger. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, cooker, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The shower room with mirror, washbasin and hairdryer completes the overall picture. You can enjoy a cosy breakfast on the terrace in spring. W-Lan and car parking are free of charge.

Drying Street

In 2008, the old dry barn from Tostenæs sawmill was converted into a joinery workshop. Today, the end of the barn is a two-storey holiday home. We live in our own house next to the garage. From the holiday home there is a separate area in front of the kitchen and living room with table, bench and small sandbox – if you go a little further you will find a completely secluded garden to use. You also have this garden all to yourself.

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
