In front of the house there are various hiking trails (GR 4, Trail... on foot, mountain bike, on horseback...) - Discover the Tardoire by canoe, visit the Old Château de Montbron, the Prehistory area, the Château de La Rochefoucauld, the Potager des Poissons: the only aquaponic farm in France with a sturgeon farm.

We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

You will find in the immediate vicinity: An international golf course (3 km), a tennis court (5 km), equestrian center 2 km away, canoeing activity 1/4 hour away (Montbron) and Lake St Mathieu or Verneuil with beach 20 km away. In the fall, lots of mushrooms for mushroom lovers!

Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). Sports enthusiasts can practice mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in the river or lakes around us or simply relax with a book and a drink on the sunny terrace. For children, our four Shetland ponies are ready for a little hug.
