The apartment on the 2nd floor with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom has 40 sqs, 1/4 of which is under the sloping roof. The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Surrounded by green areas overlooking the Siebengebirge & the Petersberg - yet close to the city & the Rhine for walking and sunbathing. During your stay, you should not want for anything. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital and is the ideal retreat for those accompanying or visiting relatives. Of course, other guests are also very welcome! The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The walk from the “Ahrweiler Markt” train station to the apartment takes 5 minutes.
