2 lovely rooms in old town house

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Zwischen München und Salzburg, im Herzen des Chiemgaus, 15km vom Chiemsee entfernt liegt meine Ferienwohnung im Maisonette Stil. Auf ca. 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. With great attention to detail, we have created a small haven of peace for those seeking relaxation here at the beautiful Waginger See. Our Tiny House "Gänseblümchen" is with about 16 sqm a cozy retreat and has everything you wish for a relaxing vacation. Very special is your private wellness area with barrel sauna and hot tub, which can also be a refreshment in the summer. In the house you can enjoy the mountain view in the hammock or relax in bed streaming something.

"Magnolia" vacation apartment on the 2nd floor, for 3-4 people

We offer a 50 sqm apartment with mountain views! We live here very secluded and quiet so the perfect place to really unwind! The lidos in Taching and Tengling are each about 2 km away. You are welcome to bring your pets as you can see in the pictures we have some ourselves. Looking forward to seeing you soon! Please let us know if you have any questions! The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Our Schwalbennest is intended to take you away from the fast-paced everyday life and give you some peace and quiet with the rustic wooden exposed roof truss. The view from the balcony on the top floor shows the Untersberg in Berchtesgaden and the Gaisberg in Salzburg in the background. We want to welcome you to our house and hope to bring you a little closer to Berchtesgaden with our love of wood.

Have a nice time in Taching am See - the apartment offers what you need after a long day outside, at the lake or in the mountains. Dinner on the terrace or at the large kitchen table makes every day perfect. In just under 10 minutes you can walk to the lake shore. Dogs are welcome! For a small fee, we also provide a garage and early check-in.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, only about a 15-minute walk from the town center. In summer, children play in the street, and people stroll by in a relaxed manner – a pleasant, established neighborhood with a lot of charm. Here you can unwind wonderfully and enjoy a relaxing evening on the bench in front of the house.
