Weinberg meets Stuttgart

Welcome to our newly designed accommodation in the beautiful Remstal! THE perfect base for exploring Stuttgart, but also our wine region. The S-Bahn (suburban train) can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, and the journey time to the main train station is less than 30 minutes. You live in a separate area on the ground floor of our house with its own access and small terrace far from any road traffic. We live on the upper floor with our 2 kids (2 and 6 years).

The apartment is bright and very quiet. Access to the terrace. The apartment is on a hill. Super nice view over the Remstal. Parking is right in front of the house. The apartment is absolutely unsuitable for children under the age of 6. A few minutes' walk to the bus stop. The S-Bahn is a 20-minute walk or by bus. Fair/Airport/Cannstatter Wasen/Mercedes Museum easily accessible. Supermarket, bakery, butcher, fast food/restaurant and doctors available.

The fine small apartment with its 25 square meters offers a bed that can be pushed open as a double bed, a desk, a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in a quiet and central location. The Waiblingen S-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk away, so you can be in Stuttgart in 17 minutes. Waiblingen is also a great starting point for excursions in the beautiful Rems Valley.

This unique home has a style of its own. Living in the best location , with a wonderful view over the Remstal. Close to nature, with adjacent beautiful walking and cycling paths to the Remstal and surroundings, S-Bahn connection within walking distance: direction Stuttgart-Echterdingen, Backnang, Waiblingen, Schorndorf. For children, we have set up a playroom with a bed and a mattress. A small terrace and a garden are available for our guests.

Enjoy our stylish basement loft, just 3 minutes from the S-Bahn. (20 min to Stuttgart) The loft impresses with its spacious atmosphere and large windows that let in lots of natural light. Relax on the comfortable couch, play a game of billiards, or enjoy the fresh air on the terrace. It's the perfect place to retreat, read a book or just relax.
