Quietly located, but close to the city. The room has a separate entrance and its own bathroom. A large bed is available for 1 or 2 people. WLAN, radio and satellite TV are available. The bus that takes you into the city in just 5 min walk away. You can be at the heart of Stuttgart in 30 min. If you prefer your peace and quiet: The forest for a walk is right on the doorstep. Since the homeowners' association has stipulated that dogs are not allowed, we can't permit service animals either.

Klara's vacation home with its unique charm has been on the Neuffen city wall for over 100 years. It is right in the center of Neuffen next to the church. The small 3 room house with simple but loving equipment is located at the foot of the Swabian Alb (Hohenneuffen Castle/Thermalbad Beuren/Open Air Museum Beuren/HW5/ Outlet City Metzingen) and can be reached on foot from the nearby train station. Cafes, bakeries, and supermarkets are close by.

The apartment on the old Holzplatz is a bright, quietly located apartment with a usable area of about 63 m² in Waldhausen. The 2.5-room apartment is spacious and has a terrace at ground level. There is a large living and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom. The apartment is therefore ideally suited for solo travelers, couples or even an adult and a child.
