We had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment! Communication with the landlord was excellent – very fast, courteous and helpful. The apartment itself is very spacious and fully equipped, exactly as described in the text and shown in the pictures. It was everything you need (plus an additional sauna), available and worked perfectly. We also liked the beautiful garden with a pond and cozy outdoor seating.

Unreservedly recommended! The owners are super quick to reach and also took very good care of everything at short notice! We'll be back.

Olga is the kindest host I’ve ever had we spent the Christmas and New year holidays here and it could not have been better she was so helpful with information and welcomed us with complete care. Again, I can’t say enough. Her kindness supersedes s all expectations

The place was great, close to the highway. Andrea is very friendly and makes everything possible to make you as comfortable as possible. Our favorite thing was that she let us stay longer than the day she left the apartment.

We stayed with two adults and two children in the apartment which was ideal for us. Very clean and everything you need was available. Clarify check-in and check-out instructions. Upon arrival, sweets and drinks were prepared and there were coffee filters, etc. The city park and a great adventure playground are within walking distance. Highly recommend.

We had a few wonderful days in Tübingen. Franziska's apartment is very modern, super clean and above all very practical. You can also quickly reach the city or the countryside on foot. At the same time, the parking lot in front of the house is very helpful. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back!

Beautiful area lots of beautiful walks locally. We really enjoyed our stay here. Barbel was an excellent host and kindly collected us and dropped us back at the train station on our arrival and departure. She was quick to respond to any queries. Would recommend

Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Transportation works great. I highly recommend the thermal pools, they are great. We'll be back without a doubt!

One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in. Everything that we needed from washing machine, and iron to tea, coffee, bathroom items and so on was readily available. This place was perfect for my partner and I who were visiting friends in the area for a wedding. A generously spacious flat perfect for 2 people. There are tones of coffee shops in the area, great location and easily accessible. Next time we are visiting we know where we’ll be staying!
