The villa is located in Pakuranga Heights, East District, extremely convenient for transportation, Bus station is right at the doorstep, 5 minutes to the highway, 20 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to downtown and Auckland War Museum, 7 minutes to Half Moon Bay, and only 3 minutes away from Lloyd Elsmore Park, where you can enjoy the sun, grassy areas, walking trails, swimming, gym, duck pond and children's Playground, next to Highland Park shopping center with large foreign supermarket and Chinese supermarket.The nearest shopping mall, Pakuranga Plaza, is a four minute drive, with a night market every Saturday afternoon at 6pm, Botany Downs shopping mall is an eight minute drive, and Sylvia Park shopping mall is a ten minute drive.
