It is suitable for sports-loving guests, even with children, and offers a total of space for 11 guests (2 double beds, 5 single beds, 1 baby bed, 2 sofa beds). Cross-country skiing is right in front of the house. You have a wonderful panorama of the Rechenberg. Directly from the house there are beautiful summer and winter hiking trails.

The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, invisible terrace and a wildly romantic garden by the creek. The fantastically beautiful, luxuriously equipped chalet was built in 2017 in the Tyrolean Alpine style with a lot of old wood. The house is located 10 minutes from the mountain doctor's office on a high plateau above the village of Ellmau with a unique view of the Wilder Kaiser. In winter, the ski bus (stop 50 meters away) takes guests to the Ellmau ski resort in 5 minutes. You can ski back to the house.
