The house on the outskirts invites you to a quiet and relaxing holiday. Directly at the (100 m) house is the Edersee cycling path. The Waldecker Land offers many hiking and cycling trails. We are located between Edersee, Diemelsee and Twistesee, they can be reached by car in 25 minutes. They invite you to sail, dive, water ski or just swim. There is also much to discover in Kellerwald National Park. The towns of Willingen and Winterberg are about 35 minutes away.

Our modern apartment is located in Meineringhausen in a district of Korbach (5 minutes by car). The rural area invites you to hike, cycle and do other sporting activities. If you are enthusiastic about cycling, you should definitely use the 200 m long cycle path from Korbach to Lake Edersee. It takes 20-30 minutes by car to get to Edersee, Twistersee or Diemelsee. The popular towns of Willingen/Winterberg can be reached in 30 or 40 minutes by car.

Surrounded by forest, meadows and pastures, this charming place is not only suitable for recreation and relaxation. In addition to its ideal starting point for hiking (Uplandsteig), cycling and excursions to the beautiful region, it is only a few kilometers away from the Willingen ski area. Dogs are welcome! The accommodation extends over two floors: Upper floor: Here you will find a spacious living area of approx. 90 sqm, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom in Finnish log cabin style, a bathroom with shower, and an additional guest WC. Lower level: This is separate and accessible via an external staircase. Here you will find another bedroom, a shower, a guest WC, and a pool, which is currently not functional.
