Project-related travel with long-term stays all over the world has long determined our lives. The lack of feeling at home, especially in a private and quiet living atmosphere, was often a constant companion in many hotels and guesthouses. Das Ferienhaus hat 160 qm Wohnfläche und 5 Schlafzimmer für 10 plus 2 Personen. Es liegt mitten im Leipziger Neuseenland am Hainer See 20 km südlich von Leipzig. Kernstück des Hauses ist ein 70 qm großes Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit riesigen Fenstern, langer Esstafel und Kaminofen. Es gibt zwei große Terrassen, von der oberen hat man einen Blick weit über den See. Das Haus wurde bewusst für gesellige Tage im größeren Kreis konzipiert. Für die Kinder gibt es viele Bücher, Spielzeug und einen Spielboden.

Hier kann die ganze Familie entspannen. Wir vermieten unsere Stadtvilla, während unserer Urlaubsreisen. Perfekte Lage für Familien, denn es liegt sehr ruhig, nahe Döbeln, aber trotzdem hat man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, wie die Burg und Talsperre Kriebstein, Burg Leisnig und der neue Karls Erdbeerhof. Die A14 ist ca. 5 Fahrminuten entfernt. Fühlen Sie sich wie zu Hause. Sämtliches Spielzeug unserer Tochter kann mitbenutzt werden. Die große Südwestterrasse lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein.

It is easily reachable by train (1 hour from Leipzig + 10 minutes walking) yet provides a private and beautiful environment for your special weekend.
