Besonderes Highlight ist die angrenzende Wiese mit Pavillon – ideal für ein gemütliches Frühstück im Freien. New apartment, all comforts, on the 1st floor of a farmhouse. Quiet place, located in a cul-de-sac, perfect for a family stay in the heart of Alsace. Close to Colmar and highway access, it is an ideal starting point for visiting Alsatian towns and villages, the Vosges, the vineyard, Europa-Park... The accommodation is accessible from a spiral staircase, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Pets are welcome if they are used to living in an apartment.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Ideally located in the center of Alsace, just 5 minutes from Ribeauvillé, 15 minutes from Riquewihr and Colmar. The house has all the necessary equipment to have an exceptional stay in Alsace. The accommodation is equipped with a large bed of 1.80 m, a small bedroom with a bed of 90 cm, wifi, TV, oven, microwave, barbecue as well as a fireplace. A fenced garden also allows you to welcome your friends on all-legged.
