Creative country house

The property was built in 1932 and renovated in 1995. It is located near the Swiss border (Schaffhausen 20 min, Zurich 50 min, Freiburg/Stuttgart 50 min) and is perfect for tourists who prefer the city and/or countryside. The house is very large and can be rented for larger events or large families. The upper floor can be rented completely (160 square meters). There is a kitchen with dining area, bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate toilet, three bedrooms and the hot tub.

Welcome in our beautiful Villa. We rent one Room with a Bed for 2. Enjoy the garden and Swimmingpool (only heated in summer) after Sightseeing or Business. With the public transport it takes about 20 mins to Zurich HB or Zurich Airport (you have to change once). You will find details of public transport on the Homepage of SBB, the public transport organisation in Switzerland. They have also a great App for your phone. We rent another room for 2 persons (seperately ad).

Small double room in very quiet & cosy villa

16 minutes form Zurich center/lake (Stadelhofen/Bellevue) by bus/tram. In a quiet and cosy house with garden, a small double room is available (bed 140cm). There is only one bathroom to share. Parking is free after 8pm. From 8am till 8pm is free for 3 hours with parking disk. Rotate the disc to the next half hour. If you arrive at 10:10 AM, rotate it to 10:30 AM. Sunday is always free.
