Chalet right by the pond with a large garden for great fun… swimming in the pond, boat rides, relaxation on the pier, garden bowling, croquet, petanque, badminton, net for volleyball, board games. The cottage has a large pergola with a grill, the possibility of grilling right by the water. There is another cottage on the property that serves as a shed. This building is not accessible. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The witch's house is located in the heart of the Wald4/teil. You can get right into the circular hiking trail to Lohnbachfall. There are plenty of mountain bike trails all around. There is a forest pool and natural bathing ponds nearby. From 5:00 pm, you can use the wellness facilities in the nearby spa house. In the winter, it is not far to skiing or cross-country skiing.

Für NÖ-Card Besitzer, aber auch ohne Card, liegen wir sehr zentral zu diversen Ausflugszielen wie Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberger Erlebnisgärten uvm. Das Haus lebt, daher sind Geräusche (z.B.: Holzwurm) und Tierbesuch (z.B.: Marienkäfer) möglich.
