The cottage has a large pergola with a grill, the possibility of grilling right by the water. There is another cottage on the property that serves as a shed. This building is not accessible. Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

The studio is located in the historic Schiffmeisterhaus directly by the river and offers city views. Just a short walk from the historic old town, shops, cafés, and restaurants are all within easy reach. Situated right next to the police academy, the studio is set in a particularly safe area. The Danube cycling path runs directly past the property, while nearby swimming spots along the Danube invite you to relax and cool off during summer. Bicycle storage and e-bike charging are available.

Am Stausee Krumau (10km) hat man die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootsfahrt.
