Cozy house with a garden

I offer accommodation in a cozy cottage on the grounds of a South Bohemian farm in Prostřední Vydří (6 km from Dačice). The cottage has been renovated, has a separate entrance, bathroom and its own garden with pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one fold-out), a desk, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a bookcase, and a kind, romantic atmosphere. There is peace and privacy. - In winter, it is heated, I will be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend you a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass only when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

Newly renovated house with a garden in a quiet location on the edge of the Vienna Woods. Large garden with terrace and grill. In the house of approx. 95 m2, there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove with oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The proximity to the trade fair city of Tulln (about 10 minutes) , to Vienna (about 30 minutes by car or by train from Tullnerfeld train station), the Vienna Woods and also to the Wachau (about 40 minutes) offers numerous opportunities for excursions.

Our place is an (300yr) old granary, taken down from the mountains and rebuilt here at Lamawanderland with lots of love! You'll find yourself in the middle of the countryside on a farm we like to think of as a Peaceful but quirky place, inviting a sense of relaxation and homeliness. Our region "the Mostviertel" is located in the beautiful foothills of the Alps, where fantastic hiking and biking routes are easily accessible by car. Stift Melk and the Wachau region are also close by.

Chalet "NOTSCHKERL" in the Vierkanthof - pure idyll!

I am Markus and I live with my wife in a beautiful 16th century square courtyard. century with 4,000 m² of meadow & forest. We would also like to give you the opportunity to spend a wonderful vacation here with family and/or friends. In a multi-year and very complex renovation, the farm was completely renovated. Four residential units were created. We live in the east wing, in the south part there is another apartment and in the southwestern part there are 2 chalets.
