We offer accommodation in a newly renovated apartment - originally a barn - on an old farm estate near the village of Komařice in South Bohemia. The farm is located in a secluded area near the forest, about 1 km from the village in close proximity to ponds. The apartment is located in a separate building with its own entrance, which guarantees privacy regardless of the permanent residents of the family. You will have a living room with a double bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom with a shower.

In the house of approx. 95 m2, there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove with oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The proximity to the trade fair city of Tulln (about 10 minutes) , to Vienna (about 30 minutes by car or by train from Tullnerfeld train station), the Vienna Woods and also to the Wachau (about 40 minutes) offers numerous opportunities for excursions.

Our place is an (300yr) old granary, taken down from the mountains and rebuilt here at Lamawanderland with lots of love! You'll find yourself in the middle of the countryside on a farm we like to think of as a Peaceful but quirky place, inviting a sense of relaxation and homeliness. Our region "the Mostviertel" is located in the beautiful foothills of the Alps, where fantastic hiking and biking routes are easily accessible by car. Stift Melk and the Wachau region are also close by.

The modern guest house is located directly on the World Heritage Trail at the foot of the Dürnstein Castle Ruins and is only a 3-minute walk from the center of Dürnstein. The 26 m² large mobile home with a spacious outdoor terrace is equipped with a toilet, shower and kitchenette with cooking facilities. The independent living unit can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. The sleeping accommodations are located in the cozy double bed and on two fold-out armchairs for the 3rd and 4th person.
