The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The witch's house is located in the heart of the Wald4/teil. You can get right into the circular hiking trail to Lohnbachfall. There are plenty of mountain bike trails all around. There is a forest pool and natural bathing ponds nearby. From 5:00 pm, you can use the wellness facilities in the nearby spa house. In the winter, it is not far to skiing or cross-country skiing.

Komfort und Entspannung im BLOCKHAUS auf der Waldlichtung. Auch Hunde sind herzlich Willkommen. Frühstück ist im Preis nicht inkludiert bei Bedarf bitte um Rücksprache. Für NÖ-Card Besitzer, aber auch ohne Card, liegen wir sehr zentral zu diversen Ausflugszielen wie Sonnentor, Arche Noah, Kittenberger Erlebnisgärten uvm. Das Haus lebt, daher sind Geräusche (z.B.: Holzwurm) und Tierbesuch (z.B.: Marienkäfer) möglich.
