The University of Landau and the town centre are about 2 km away, while the master school for audiologists and the training centre for occupational therapy are about 4 km away. Nach einem aktivem Tag bietet das Haus die Möglichkeit in der Sauna oder im Whirlpool zu entspannen oder auf der großen Couch neben dem Kamin zu relaxen und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.

Ruhig gelegen im Fliegerviertel trotz direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt (10min Fußweg) sowie zum Landauer Zoo (5min Fußweg) und dem Park der ehemaligen Landauer Festungsanlage (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1min Fußweg). Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße.

The Villa Ludwigshöhe, the Rietburg ruins, which can be reached on a romantic path with the Rietburg cable car, the wildlife sanctuary located there and a panoramic café are just some of the beautiful excursion destinations.

Our 400 year old estate, originally a winemaker's estate, is located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights.
