Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Spätherbst gibt es eine exklusive Sauna und kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Herzlich willkommen in unserem Apartment! Unser Holzhaus wurde 2016 in Jöhlingen erbaut und das Apartment wurde ganz neu eingerichtet - großzügig und hell, damit Sie sich bei uns richtig wohlfühlen. Das Ein-Zimmer-Apartment mit Küchenbereich, Bad, eigenem Eingangsbereich, Terrasse und Parkplatz bietet Ihnen bestmöglichen Komfort. Es liegt sehr naturnah am Feldrand, die Straßenbahn Richtung Karlsruhe und Bretten ist in zehn Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Apartment for 2-4 people

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance, the S-Bahn is within walking distance and you are quickly in Karlsruhe. The kitchen is fully equipped and from mid-March there is Wi-Fi in the entire apartment again. In the first bedroom there are 2 single beds and here is also the TV. In the second bedroom there is a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is a shower in the bathroom and I always provide fresh towels.

My rooms have been carefully renovated and lovingly furnished. I hope to welcome guests who appreciate their beauty. There are plenty of opportunities for activities in the surrounding areas such as Speyer, Heidelberg, Mannheim and Karlsruhe. Hikers and cyclists will also get their money's worth. In addition, a refreshing swimming lake is just 500 meters away. Guests can walk to the EDEKA supermarket, bakery and train station in 10 minutes.

Parking in front of the house. The apartment is centrally located in Königsbach. A bakery (with cafe) is 30 meters away. The train station can be reached within a five-minute walk.
