Burghausen`s Old Town is reachable in few minutes by feet, car or bike, also the Wöhr-Lake with its bathing beach. (about 2km) Salzburg is reachable by car in under an hour.

The wash house

The washhouse is located on the Schacherbauer farm overlooking the orchard. It is minimalist, but high quality and lovingly furnished, with shower, toilet, large comfortable sofa bed, ample storage space and a large terrace. The new wood-burning sauna can be used at an additional cost. (up to 6-8 people) On the farm there are numerous animals, a café and a shop. Both are open on Friday afternoon. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Welcome to Tittmoning,an idyllic small town on the Salzach. Leitgeringer See is a 5-minute drive away. The 66 sqm new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (cul-de-sac). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that doesn't bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Meals are provided by supermarkets, a butcher, several bakers, as well as restaurants.
