Our central location makes us an ideal base for excursions to Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn and Rostock. The car can be left behind, thanks to the connection to public transport. On 120 m² you can vacation with the whole family in Rostock. A child-friendly bedroom with bunk bed (90 × 200), toys and play tent, another bedroom with large double bed (180 × 200), a workplace, as well as a living room with electric fireplace and 75-inch TV with sound system as a highlight await you. The living room opens into an open kitchen with a large table and modern kitchen. Here, two more people can sleep in the pull-out day bed (160 × 200).

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
