Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn“. The accommodation is about 40 sqm. They have a separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we offer 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking lot is also available. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station

In the middle of Warnemünde is the apartment with 55 sqm, 1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, bathroom on the ground floor, fully furnished. Kirchplatz, market, cafes, bakeries, shopping in the immediate vicinity. The harbor, jetty and beach are only 800 m away (6-8 min). Stable Wi-Fi, 100 MB upload. Dogs are welcome, please inquire (€8/night). Private stays can be booked from 30 days, professional stays from 3 nights (seminars, home office, training, professional interns, students...).

Large holiday home with Pool

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

Warm, cozy apartment right on the Baltic Sea

Small, cozy, practical, perfectly located apartment in Warnemünde! Flooded with light, in the attic, looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair upon request. Dogs are always welcome with me!
