The cottage is located in the equestrian district in Burbank. When you walk to our local park you might catch some horses riding by. The cottage is a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a pull out King couch in the living room. We are able to accommodate up to 4 people. Our kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking pleasure. We also have a small enclosed porch with a Office Desk and 2 cozy reading chairs in case you need to mix business with leisure. And last but not least you will have your own private entrance, parking and shady garden patio. Walking distance to the major studios, incredible coffee shops, restaurants, bus stops, markets, and close to all major freeways. We have AT&T Uverse if you'd prefer to spend a day just watching our flat screen TV. And we have free wi-fi if you need to update your social media with the fantastic photos of your trip. Entire Garden Cottage is yours with featured outside garden dining table for four. Two Car Private Entrance Parking and a Relaxing Private California Native Garden! My family lives in the main house. The cottage is in our backyard separated by a trellis filled with roses year round,. You can be as private as you would like or come sit on your front porch and visit with us. Living on the premises makes it easy for us to help with anything you need. The cottage lies in an in-demand equestrian neighborhood in Los Angeles. Walk along the river to the equestrian center. A short stroll down Riverside Dr. leads to Toluca Lake, home to many celebrities. Spend the day at Disneyland, Warner Brothers Studio Tour, Universal Studio, or walking Hollywood blvd. Restraunt row is a stroll away filled with local coffee shops and Award winning restraunts! Rest, relax, explore, repeat! I'm sure you've heard the expression, "Nobody drives in LA." Well, that's mostly true. We are very close to a bus stop and subway. But we strongly recommend having a car for your visit. We are close to a lot of area attractions. Listing was superb! it was spotless and has a very cute ambiance. Also close to Universal Studios and Warner Brothers Studio Tour. Listing was also close to food spots, which some were recommended by our wonderful host Peaches, and she also gave us some tips when visiting Universal Studios and the WB Studios. We were able to check the amenities that were listed and I kid you not, those amenities are great! has this cool and relaxing vibe. As for our host Peaches, she was a delight! Easy to talk to and very responsive, especially to your enquiries. Given the chance, I would love to come back! I will definitely recommend her Airbnb to my friends. Thank you again for hosting us 😊

Highly recommend staying here. Tamara was an amazing host, she was very responsive throughout any questions I had before check in and throughout my stay. When I arrived it was easy. I also suggest meeting Vash, He’s a great doggo who’s super friendly and nice just like Tamara. The room has the necessities a nice big tv with streaming platforms so you can enjoy all your favorite shows. I would definitely stay here again. If there was a scale this place would smash it with how great it is.

We had a wonderful stay at Stacy and Brian’s guesthouse! The space is beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy, stylish, and welcoming. The bed and bedding were hands down the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced- we slept like babies! Stacy and Brian were the perfect hosts: friendly, respectful of our privacy, and incredibly generous. They even left us a bottle of wine along with some snacks and drinks to enjoy—such a kind and unexpected surprise that made us feel truly cared for. The guesthouse is stocked with everything a traveler could need—they really thought of it all. We’ll absolutely be recommending this place to friends and family!
