Holiday houses in Burbank

Leila and Enrie have a beautiful home and they were the most gracious of hosts. The place was thoughtfully arranged and designed and overall just pleasant to stay in. They were super responsive to any inquiries, and were quick to supply us with anything we needed, whether that be bags, a new fire tv stick (!!!), a vacuum. They were flexible to our requests too. On one of the days they even gave us a heads up about the street cleaning so that we wouldn't get a ticket. They were so thoughtful and kind. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location with local restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The guesthouse has private parking which makes it feel like you’re in a separate area. Perfect place for 1-2 people with writing / work space in case you need it.

Stay was great. Felt right at home. Make sure you follow the check in details correctly. Felt a little uneasy at first but became comfortable once you settle in. Great location. Walking distance to LA live. Will return!

Although Buena Vista Street is busy you won’t hear the traffic noise in this cozy one bedroom house. The house is nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, full bathroom with a walk in shower. The heat pump/mini split heating and cooling system worked flawlessly. The kitchen was complete with a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker and refrigerator. I never had a problem parking. As a matter of fact I was able to park in the exact same place just to the right of the driveway. Be aware that there is no parking every Thursday from, I think, 10:00 till noon. There are plenty of signs posted on the exact time on Thursday that cars must not past. You can easily park across the street during that time. There is a Ralph’s Supermarket and a CVS Pharmacy about a mile away and you’re less than half a mile from I5. All in all a great two week stay. Location , location, location the home is located about 4 miles from downtown Burbank. We enjoyed going to restaurants, shops and the movie theater during our stay in Burbank. When we didn’t go out to eat we cooked our meals in the well stocked kitchen and relaxed both the bed and couch were comfortable. One of my favorite things to do was to sit out on the deck amongst the well manicured garden that had different kinds of fruit trees and plants. The views of the mountains beyond the fruit trees is spectacular. The hosts were very nice and responded quickly to my text messages. When we arrived Bussara was there to give us a quick tour of the grounds. She picked some lemons off a tree and gave them to us and told us to help ourselves . Lemon water never tasted better. We felt safe walking around in the neighborhood and surrounding areas of the house. Looking forward to trying out the quince Bussara’s husband gave me to try. We would definitely stay there again.

This guest home was very cozy and clean, the bed was hair free which was my favorite thing about the home honestly. January always answered any questions I had super fast and were very kind and helpful. I love the scenery and privacy that comes with the home even though it is still on their property. The only thing I can say about the shower is if the shower head could get changed to a shower head with a handle, it was kind of hard showering so close to the wall and you couldn’t move it so I think a hand held shower would top it off. One last final touch would be to have a single or double burner mini stove for those who want to make some easy meals because you will be spending a lot of money eating out depending on how long your staying due to the home not having a stove. Other than that amazing stay and the reclining bed was the best. Thank you all again!

Wendy’s place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. The bed was super cozy, and the location was ideal for our visit to Burbank. Wendy was an outstanding host: very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’ll absolutely stay here again when visiting our son. Highly recommend!

Lori and Mathew were the perfect hosts, we felt at home from the minute we arrived. They were always available and helpful and gave us great support. The guest house is beautiful and equipped with everything needed. We wanted for nothing and found our way around straight away. It quickly became a second home. The accommodation is in an exceptionally quiet and safe area. It is also in an advantageous location. The Studios, Hollywood Hills and Downtown are all easily accessible by public transport or car. We are really looking forward to our next visit and can highly recommend this place to everyone!
