Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Personal details tell the story of this house with special charm. The quiet, spacious garden invites you to relax. Centrally located between the castles of Evenburg and Phillipsburg, the apartment offers great cycling and hiking trails & shopping within walking distance. The center of Leeran is about 1.5 km away.

The "Thea" townhouse impresses with cozy retreat corners, such as the sleeping area with a view of the sky, the light-flooded reading & relaxation room with a small yoga & meditation corner, or the outdoor bed. Dogs are welcome, and there is a fenced garden, a cuddly cave and bowls for them. I myself loved living here and enjoying all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listening to the birds in the outdoor bed or reading on the sofa with a cup of tea.

Apartment "Altstadtseele" in Leer /East Frisia

From this centrally located place, in a listed old town house, extensively renovated in May 2024, it is only a few steps directly to the harbor. The pedestrian zone, bakeries, restaurants and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The ground-level apartment offers direct access to the covered terrace. A car can be parked free of charge directly at the house. The new bathroom and all entrances and rooms are accessible.

The apartment features a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. The bright rooms of the "Bingumer Dachstübchen" are equipped with satellite TV/free Wi-Fi. A large balcony invites you to breakfast overlooking beautiful nature. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, brand new space. Free rental of two bicycles is possible.

Spacious, handicapped-accessible vacation home in the middle of Leer's historic old town. The lovingly furnished, fully equipped house can accommodate 4 people. Free parking is available nearby. The beautiful old town with its renovated houses, facades and small cozy cafes are within walking distance within a few minutes. Here you can find it all to enjoy your stay in East Frisia. The apartment (upper floor) is equipped with everything necessary, it offers a direct view of the water from several rooms. Garden furniture and beach chair are available in the large garden. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im idyllischen Ortsteil Nüttermoor. Bis in die Leeraner Innenstadt sind es ca. 5 km. DIe Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für eine schöne Zeit in Ostfriesland benötigt.

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
