It feels like living with friends. 😄 It is the second apartment that I have had the pleasure of getting to know from Michael. And again, I was personally greeted, familiarized with everything, and knew that I could contact them at any time. 💝 Everything was tip-top, the perfect base for me! With a few steps in the countryside and thanks to the train connection, you can easily reach Augsburg Looking forward to a second round😍

The apartment is located in a very large apartment complex with adjoining student residence. The entrance is a little difficult to find at first, but thanks to a personal welcome, there was no problem. The apartment is as described - small, very clean, new and well furnished. Thanks to the laundry room, the apartment is also well suited for longer stays - only a larger oven is missing. Despite the very large residential complex, the apartment is very quiet and you are absolutely undisturbed. Due to the location, it is advantageous to be mobile by car (an underground parking space is available). The tram, a supermarket and a MacDonalds are within walking distance, otherwise there is not much in the neighborhood. The communication via AirB&B was quick, friendly and straightforward. Highly recommend overall for short stays - Thank you to the host and on-site support!

Markus’ place was the perfect home away from home! The place has everything needed for a comfortable stay: from kitchen equipped with anything necessary, super comfortable bed, TV and private bathroom. There are beautiful walks close by with a beautiful river views. Shops are a little further away, so having a car is better, but manageable with a bike as well. My experience with the hosts was absolutely delightful, they were kind and responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. And Pauli, their dog, is an absolute joy to have around, welcoming me back home every time. Great stay and strongly recommended!
