The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. The house was built in 1995 and was completely renovated in 2021. In addition to the two vacation apartments, 4 more condominiums were built. The apartments were completed in July 2021. The apartments are about 35 square meters with sleeping space for a maximum of 4 people (1x bed 180 cm, 1x bed 140 cm), are top equipped with modern kitchen block with microwave, capsule coffee machine, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob. Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.
