Essentials and towels are provided for each guest. #4 THE KITCHEN is well equipped. As we love to cook, the kitchen has pretty much everything you need if you feel like cooking during your stay. The gadgets include a fridge, a stove, a microwave and a kettle along with cooking utensils, pots, a mokka espresso pot, a full dinner set and glasses, etc. Including coffee, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and various kinds of spices) This is a non-smoking flat, but you are welcome to smoke downstairs in front of the house. The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. With the curved back wall of the Studio and in soft duvets, you will feel like in a cozy nest:)

Das Haus wurde 1995 gebaut und wurde in 2021 komplett renoviert. Es entstand neben den beiden Ferienapartments noch weiter 4 Eigentumswohnungen. Die Apartments wurden im Juli 2021 fertiggestellt. Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.

It is always something special to cook, barbecue, celebrate or laugh together at the big table or on the terrace with the big family, with another friendly family, or with your own friends. A beautiful house made of pure wood close to the Semmering and Stuhleck ski resorts, close to the Schneeberg and Rax hiking areas. Bicycles are available free of charge.

The spacious bedrooms are perfect for 4-6 people and therefore also ideal for larger families or close friends. The highlight is the lovingly redesigned kitchen. Here you will find enough space and everything you need to cook all the great delicacies of the region. A quiet, secluded courtyard invites you to linger and taste.

Folding sofa (unfolded comfortably accommodates one person). Bathroom with a bathtub. Linen and towels provided.

The house is located under the forest, provides a garden for outdoor seating and barbecuing. 1 min. walk from the bus stop, 5 min. to the Danube River. 2 min. by bus to Devín. 12 min. by bus to the city center of Bratislava Hiking directly from the house - Devínska Kobyla, cycling. Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und sehr ruhigen Unterkunft. Das Apartment befindet sich im hinteren Teil eines Hotels. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und einen eigenen Parkplatz mit E-Ladestationen. Natürlich mit Klimaanlage, kleiner Küche, Dusche und WC. Die Wohnung ist über eine Treppe im 1. Stock erreichbar.
