The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

In the old school, charm meets coziness: a whole house just for you, lovingly renovated, equipped with heart, four bedrooms with seven good beds. The cozy ambience invites you to linger and is the ideal starting point for excursions to the beautiful Maifeld, the Moselle & the Rhine. Children and pets are welcome. Check-in works via key box.
