Cozy "sun house" with a view into the distance

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

Our holiday home is located in the nice Eifeldorf in the Vordereifel. Langenfeld is located in the hiking region of Wacholderheide. The numerous dream paths in particular offer the ideal opportunity for extensive and beautiful hikes through the Eifel landscape, which has its very special charms in all seasons. This unique nature combines ideally with the modern and exciting motorsport of the Nürburgring, which is why the race track is also known as “Green Hell.”

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

There is a double bedroom (140 x 200cm), a living room with kitchen, a small bathroom. 2 flat screens and wifi ensure sufficient entertainment. Bedding, towels, shower gel etc. are of course available.
