Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

This small apartment, not far from the A45 (approx. 3 minutes), is an ideal starting point for hikes and explorations in the nearby Sauer- und Siegerland and the Rothaargebierge. In 5-7 minutes' walk there is a small supermarket, bakery, organic shop, etc. The beautiful Oberbergisches Land invites you to hike and bike. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und liegt im historischen Dorfzentrum von Oberholzklau. Ich habe die Wohnung mit einem vollwertigen Arbeitsplatz (zweiter Monitor) ausgestattet. Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben. Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.

Our cozily furnished log cabin is the ideal place to relax. Surrounded by trees, it is located near our private home. We offer space for 2 people with a sleeping or living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. In the summer months you have the opportunity to cool off in our pool.
