Es erwartet Sie ein neu möbliertes und eingerichtetes Ferienhaus (Baujahr 2021 | ca. 140 m²) mit 4 großzügigen Schlafzimmern, vollausgestatteter Küche, einem modernen Wohnzimmer, einem großen Badezimmer mit Badewanne/bodenebener Dusche und einem Gäste-WC. Former artist's house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden,was preserved in the early 30s (URL HIDDEN) almost in its original state and exudes a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colors. The furnishings are basic and personal. A few minutes' walk from the house is our lake with 2 very nice swimming spots. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve,the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.

Our house is located just 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a conservation area. There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is mostly used only as a fishing lake. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, Wi-Fi, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, porch swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.
