Sunny old building, 3 bedrooms – Potsdam 7 min

The entire upper floor of an almost 100-year-old house: three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lockable, space for 5. I live downstairs with my children. We completely renovated the kitchen — induction, dishwasher, a proper work surface. The windows, on the other hand, are simple standard, and the floorboards creak because they are as old as the house. That's why the walls are thick... Potsdam can be reached by train in 7 minutes, Berlin in 30. Lake Plessow is just down the road.

Here you will find the old town with listed fishermen's houses, pretty alleys, church houses, a historic mill and shops and cafes. Everything is surrounded by greenery and water. On our farm there is a café with delicious breakfast, lunch and café offers. Near the apartment there is a bakery, restaurants and a boat and bike rental.
