The apartment - formerly part of a carpentry that was renovated into an apartment - captivates with its old building charm, in combination with stylish, high-quality furnishings.

The Rhine, the almost 1000-year-old St. Nicholas Chapel and an extensive recreational area for walks or sports are just 300 meters away.

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"Der Schuppen" is a former workshop that I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. You live centrally, but in the middle of the countryside, at the foot of the Venusberg. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk away. The train takes 11 minutes to get to the main train station. The Haus der Geschichte is 1.4 km and the World Conference Center is 1.9 km away. The open-plan "shed" has its own entrance.
