It is a 4 star apartment, certification of the German Tourism Association, in a detached house (built in 2008) with a separate entrance and a size of 70 sqm. The apartment has * A spacious hallway with cloakroom * Bathroom with shower / bath and window (drying rack, mirror, two terry robes and hair dryer included) * Open plan kitchen with sitting area, two hobs, microwave with oven and grill, fridge-freezer, water and egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, freezer with 4 drawers and a hatch to the living room * Living and dining room (with chair), flat screen TV, secretary; * Output from the living room to private terrace with seating for four people (a barbecue is often provided on request in summer) * Bedroom with double bed (1,80 m x 2m), and in addition a double bed (1,60 m x 2m), bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, two wardrobes (travel cot available at no extra charge) The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating and fitted with electric roller shutter motors and smoke detectors in every room. The family house is located in a new residential area in a quiet, traffic-free location. The center of Merten is however easily accessible on foot in about 5 minutes. Until the next station is about 10 minutes (KVB network). The playground 100m away will delight your children, if you want to engage in a peaceful atmosphere to a good book once. Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). The Rhine, the almost 1000-year-old St. Nicholas Chapel and an extensive recreational area for walks or sports are just 300 meters away.
