Guy’s description that no photographs can do justice to the setting of Bossington Hall is absolutely accurate; the property sits in an elevated position overlooking Porlock Vale and the sea and the views are stunning. The self-catering apartment was very well appointed, well-equipped and spacious and was a great base from which to explore the this lovely corner of North Somerset. Being on the ground floor, it has the benefit of its own enclosed terrace (good with dog) and cool nights, as we visited during g a mini-heatwave! Guy was a very friendly and welcoming host, full of useful tips and provided plenty of local info, plus personal recommendations for local restaurants etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would be keen to return and maybe try the B&B rooms next time as the breakfast smelt delicious!

This place is just great in every aspect. A modern, very clean and exceptionally well equipped apartment in a quirky old former school building. I just arrived and felt home immediately. There is even a bean-to-cup-coffee-machine! For a coffee person like me that is a 20 out of 10!! It is really nice place to stay, especially for longer stays. William, the host, is very responsive and super-friendly. If you have a question, you will get an answer within 10 minutes. The location is ideal for good hiking which starts right at the door step. There is a very nice tea room run by the national trust just down the road. The centre of the village is in easy walking distance where you find a variety of shops, cafes and pubs. I will definitely come again.

Place was clean and tidy, easy to wind down and relax after hiking. Had everything I needed for a weekend break. Will definitely come back in the future. Hosts were welcoming and friendly.

A lovely comfortable stay at the property which we would definitely recommend (and we loved the spacious kitchen for cooking). Coupled with a gorgeous location and great cafes and restaurants on the doorstep it was the perfect spot.

We loved our stay here. The barn is so comfortable. It has a great open plan living area in the centre and two bedrooms at either end, both with ensuites. Our beds were very comfortable. Lucy did everything she could to make sure we were happy. We would recommend the accommodation to all our friends and family. Exmoor is a beautiful area and the barn is an ideal base. Thanks Lucy for being such a wonderful host and making our time and holiday so memorable.

‘Rowsley’ really is delightful accommodation - beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and tucked away in a peaceful location yet only a short distance from the iconic Lyme Regis seafront. What more could guests want?!! Many thanks Sheena, hopefully we’ll be back one day.

Great caravan, great location! Literally what it says on the tin! was clean and tidy. More spacious than I thought it was going to be! Sea view, nice relaxed club house, very quiet site. Sam & Jake were fantastic hosts, emailed me before hand with local info, food recommendations, taxi info. instructions on arrival easy to follow, access easy. We even arrived early and were able to check in! had a very small issue with gas/boiler, Sam & Jake responded within minutes and the issue was fixed promptly with no waiting around! Thank you very much guys!

Fantastic little spot, 5 mins walk to the harbour 10mins to the center of town. Views were stunning and the photo's and description didn't really do it justice, better than we expected. Perfect spot to explore the North Coast.

The holiday apartment is located in a historical building in a beautiful setting. We immediately felt at home. A garden full of flowers for short walks and the moor within 200 meters up the road. Josie and Barnaby are great hosts!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean upon arrival, bright and comfortable. Quiet at night. Nice views from the living area over the harbor and looking over the town from the large bedroom. As Suzanne had noted in the listing, there is no assigned parking space which could be an issue. We had to pay to park the day of arrival. It’s free after 6pm until 8am. One item we’d suggest adding would be a clothes hanger for drying as the machine didn’t seem to actually dry anything. We’d highly recommend Seagulls restaurant (book in advance). Unassuming place but food was excellent. We also liked Platform for a Sunday roast and Rise for breakfast. The George was decent. If we’re back in West Bay, we’d definitely stay again.

A beautiful couple of nights at Sam & Annie's place. We loved the location as it was super walkable and waking up to the seaview would never get old. Thanks for a lovely trip!

Amazing stay at this lovely flat right across from The beach with sea views. The home is super quiet and the tub was amazing to relax after walking around the town. Very close to delicious restaurants like Lobster Longue. The host was so responsive and gave amazing local recommendations for food. And it’s a short 10min walk from the train station if you’re traveling in by. Highly recommend and would stay again.

What a wonderful place to spend a week. The view from the flat was tremendous and the walls to the shore and surrounding area was top notch. Janet was very responsive with all of my questions. Will certainly consider staying at Crow’s Nest again if I’m visiting Barry in the future. Overall highly recommend!

Bird’s Eye View is a very special place, in an exceptional quiet location with breathtaking views, and perfect for superb walks from the door. This was our 2nd visit as we enjoyed it so much a year ago that we had to make a return trip, and as expected it didn’t disappoint. It is one of the best Air BnBs we’ve stayed in. Jo & Nick are the perfect hosts, very welcoming. The flat was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed for our stay. Looking forward to staying here again, and would highly recommend.

Jennifer was so helpful during our stay - going out of her way to get non feather duvets for our kids with allergies. The flat was super clean and the rooms are all even bigger than they look in the photos. We all loved the pool.

Lovely stay in this well equipped apartment in beautiful Monmouth House. It's very well located, making everything in Lyme Regis walkable only minutes from the seafront, shops and restaurants. Leesa gave very clear and helpful instructions and information before our stay and was quick to respond to any messages.

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Aaron had made sure we had everything we needed including phone chargers which came in handy. The flat was very spacious, homely and well located. As a host Aaron was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great stay.

What an amazing place to stay in Ilfracombe. The View has exactly that but much much more, its a beautiful apartment with great amenities and easy to walk to the Town and waterfront if you need to. Add to this the clear instructions and responsive host and its a perfect match. We will definitely be back.
