Perfect place for family get together for 50th/16th birthday. Great indoor games space & outdoor grass space (for football) for children age 9-16 and adults. With hot tub being an added bonus. Really spacious & comfortable accomodation. Had all you needed, with lovely additional touches (welcome choc & birthday banner) & very responsive communication from Becky to help with planning. We had a lovely weekend, visiting wimbleball for walk and watersports and knightshayes. We know the area well, growing up locally, so a lovely location to reminis on old memories & create new. Brilliant stay with david & Jill ! Not one bad word to say, amazing location, beautiful view of the marina from the house, the neighbours are AMAZING!! Super friendly and gave us loads of recommendations of what to do with the kids & where. Decor is stunning and different, was hard work keeping everything safe and intact from the kids but enjoyed ourselves none the less. Would absolutely stay again, worth the price every time! Very quiet small village, parking was a bit of a nightmare but considerably cheap for long stay !

We chose this venue as it was recommended by Upton Barnes’s wedding venue where my son and his fiance were getting married. We were able to accommodate all of my side of the family for the wedding and the newly married couple joined us on Sunday to entertain members of the wedding party With a cooked breakfast followed by a barbecue lunch. There was plenty of space seating and parking for the approximately 25 people who visited us over the day.. Tracey was very helpful host and the house was equipped extremely well a three-year-old grandson had an enormous range of toys to entertain him. I cannot recommend this property more highly

Before the trip she sent us some information for things in the area, places to eat etc, was very helpful. Lovely little hide away, nice and private. Just as the pictures showed, Beautiful. Wow! What more can I say! This was such a delightful place and an absolute gem to find. Loved the decor, everything was so tastefully decorated and was absolutely right up our street; the cute private garden was one of our favourite spots. There's nothing negative to say, we wouldn't change a thing. Thank you Laura for hosting us, we would definitely stay here again and hopefully for a bit longer as it's such a good base for exploring whatever your taste might be. We were doing a nature trip this time round but hopefully next time we will get to see more of the fantastic coasts. ❤️

A beautiful cottage, right alongside the river and perfect for walks. The Aga gives a real sense of luxury and comfort. We loved our stay, it's a very special place.

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

Leilas appartment has a lovely view of the harbour. The walk down is fairly steep so consequently so is the walk back. It’s a good central point for checking out North Devon.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean upon arrival, bright and comfortable. Quiet at night. Nice views from the living area over the harbor and looking over the town from the large bedroom. As Suzanne had noted in the listing, there is no assigned parking space which could be an issue. We had to pay to park the day of arrival. It’s free after 6pm until 8am. One item we’d suggest adding would be a clothes hanger for drying as the machine didn’t seem to actually dry anything. We’d highly recommend Seagulls restaurant (book in advance). Unassuming place but food was excellent. We also liked Platform for a Sunday roast and Rise for breakfast. The George was decent. If we’re back in West Bay, we’d definitely stay again.

Liz kindly accepted a same day booking for a last minute trip! The flat feels very homely and clean with all the bits and bobs you'd need and is in a fantastic spot to walk into the center. It's a lovely characterful building with tall ceilings and benefits from a cute garden space. We'd happily book again next time we're in the area.

We had an awesome couple of nights in Barbrook! The apartment is super spacious- much more so than photos would suggest- and has everything you need for a cosy and comfortable few days exploring Exmoor and the north Devon coast. Spa bath is a really fun touch and great after a day of walking. Amazing location with river and trees literally on your doorstep, and the sea and Lynton 5mins away. Overall this place is great value for money, and we would definitely stay again if in the area. Thanks for a great weekend!

A truly excellent find and great Air BnB that truly matches it's charming , historic and quirky description . We loved the historic quirkiness of the apartment which gave it some character and a very homely feel . It was also extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need in plentiful supply too which was of really good quality (some of the cutlery was the same as ours). Mark was a great host , helpful, friendly , welcoming, really communicative and made us feel at home when showing us round with the lovely bonus of the adorable dogs . The apartments is on a busy road and next to Vivray Park but it was so quiet and just a 5 minute walk to the town centre making it a great base to explore Taunton and the surrounding area . Will certainly recommend this apartment .

We had a great stay here! Christina was really friendly making us feel right at home. She gave us some local recommendations and allowed us to come and go with zero hassle. The surroundings are stunning and we could have sat by the window all day. Great walking near by. Beach is a drive able day trip too.

We booked here as two couples and had an amazing stay. Jacqui met us when we arrived and was very friendly and showed us what we needed to know. Everything was spotless and it is a very peaceful area. The swimming pool is fabulous and very well kept. The kitchen has everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will be recommending to friends and family.

Loved the house, we stayed for Christmas it was perfect for our needs. The host had put up a beautiful Christmas tree for us. It was super Christmassy and a short walk into town for the lights and a few drinks in the pub. The house was warm, clean and the host was welcoming - we were so happy with everything! We had a perfect family Christmas all together with lots of space. The house is decorated querky and interesting - we loved it.

All in all a great & absolutely magical place. We had a lovely Bank Holiday weekend in August and celebrated our 14th Wedding Anniversary. The whole place and service was first class! Kitty was so nice, so helpful and extremely kind person. The garden, lake and view out of our villa was so beautiful and magical, you felt like you are in heaven. We captured a lot of incredible beautiful photos. The bed was really comfy and the rooms spacious, beautiful, stylish and clean. We can honestly say we had absolutely the best time & 2 night’s sleep. Karmacations-Luxe Detached Villa,Lake Spa+Gardens this amazing place made for a truly memorable and magical experience for us!! Just spent a lovely week at Jan's in a party of 13. Beautiful house and gardens in a very peaceful location. Garden was huge and had wonderful views of the lake. House was equipped with everything you need, even down to shampoo and extra bath sheets for the jacuzzi! Will definately be visiting again. Thank you Jan.

I have to come clean - I am an enthusiast of Penarth, the architecture of the town, the community feel, and everything about the place. Sarah's place, being among the oldest houses in the town, was a must for all the things I was looking for. Sarah herself is friendly and has clearly put a lot of herself into the house. My journey time to Penarth could have been subject to delays, being more than 500 miles... but we had good communication and met up without difficulty at the house. All in all, the house was cosy and well appointed. It also was a great base for strolling into Penarth Town centre and even, across the barrage, to Butetown and even Cardiff. I would thoroughly recommend Sara's house for your stay.
