Downstairs consists of an entrance hall, open plan kitchen with a separate utility room, a sitting room with a log burning stove and a grand and upright piano and a playroom/bedroom.

There is a light airy bedroom with a king size bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a very well equipped kitchen with a dining and seating area.
