Staying at Lise’s place was an absolute delight! The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Communication with Lise was fantastic – she was kind, responsive, and made everything easy. The location was a dream, with everything within walking distance, and the view was truly breathtaking. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would return in a heartbeat! 💗

very relaxing beautiful surroundings, loved the bedroom with double aspect views and bed was so comfortable. Great shower. we did find the armchairs a bit low but then we are 'getting on'.Good choice of eating places in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location for a weekend away,. Near to the beach and village. Allison's place is clean, tidy and very peaceful. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be back again and would recommend Allison's place. Thank you for your help and recommendations.

The property was just as described, beautiful clean and tidy kitchen. The seating at the Georgian window had views of the sea. The sun shone in and was delightful. The hot tub was well used by the family, they enjoyed it very much. Beds were comfy and well presented. The coffee machine was great. A lovely break for the bank holiday.

Sarah’s flat was welcoming, immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. We were encouraged to use all the toiletries and whatever else we needed. Sarah had left breakfast, tea, coffee, milk and a surprise bottle of bubbles too! There was a comprehensive handbook to guide us through our stay containing local eateries and recommendations for days out. Rather than just a place to stay Sarah’s flat was an absolute treat, highly recommended.

I had a very comfortable stay at Wendy’s place. The flat is well situated and I walked into the centre of town a couple of times. Wendy’s flat looks exactly like the pictures, it’s a beautiful flat and very comfortable. Wendy is a very responsive and accommodating host and there is a helpful mini guide in the flat too. I would consider staying at Wendy’s place again, as I had a good experience.

Perfect location for both the beach and shopping/visiting/eating out in Worthing (all walkable). We arrived by car and Triin took care of our parking needs, which was much appreciated. The flat also has everything you need for a relaxing night in, if that’s what you need after a long day of tourism or spending time with your family.

Katherine’s place was lovely. The views were amazing and we had so much fun there. The place was also well situated and we felt safe throughout our stay at Brighton. The kitchen was also well equipped and we managed to cook soup which was nice for the weather. Highly recommend staying at the location. Just do take note that there are steps to the apartment :)

Alise was amazing and very responsive, place was lovely and it felt like we were on holiday. Will defo book again!

We had a lovely few days at Boutique Beach. The beach was easily accessible in a nice quiet area. Drifters Beach Bar did amazing breakfasts!

Great locations if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place with fantastic views. Loads of walk options, maps and guides for those are provided. Many options of great pubs either longer walks or short drive away.

Will kept us well informed from booking to arrival. Very responsive to message. Apartment is small but exactly what it says on the listing. Great location and only a 10 minute walk to Brighton Pier.

Stu and Babs' place was perfect for a quiet weekend by the sea! We had a wonderful time. The Annexe is lovely; spotless, has everything you need, and in walking distance from the beach, coffee shop and pub. Stu and Babs were so helpful and communicative - thank you!

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the accommodation. Everything was new. We had our dog with us and wanted to use the green space in the parks opposite but a council run music and arts festival had taken them over so this was unexpected and a little inconvenient. The location of the apartment was excellent, with the Royal Pavilion, the sea front and the Lanes being very close on foot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!

Natalie's apartment was amazing. very clean and in a great spot! the beds were so comfy and the kitchen was very fully stocked. the bathrooms and toilets were spotless and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. would be more than happy to stay again.

Absolutely spotless , gorgeous high spec penthouse. Could not fault it one bit, my mum had mobility issues but still we walked 6 mins to the restaurant each night easily. Beds super comfy and gorgeous bathrooms. Our fault but we thought it overlooked the sea from the balcony it doesn’t but in the end that didn’t distract from the location. Convenient to loads of places for days out. Highly recommend. Thank you

Our stay at the sea pig was lovely. There is a great view from the balcony. Very cosy place to stay and not far from the beach. The host’s were always friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend a stay at the sea pig x 🌊 🐷

Very friendly hosts and a great value stay. Very short walk to seafront, and was clean and tidy. Would recommend!

Lovely flat, would recommend to friends - really keen to know what diffuser they use in the flat as it smelt so nice! Worth noting the downstairs bedroom doesn’t have a window view, it’s lower ground, which may bother some people, but it was an absolutely gorgeous apartment. Well decorated and well looked after. We had issues with the drainage in the shower upstairs but contacted the maintenance guy and also reached out to Steph so all was sorted.

Second stay at Adrian's at this address, the accommodation is impeccable near the center while being quiet. Good responsiveness from Adrian. There is the necessary basics (tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil) and a good refrigerator. Shops are within 10 minutes. I recommend this neat accommodation.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The views out over Brighton/Hove and the sea from the lounge, bedroom and kitchen are just stunning. The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Clear and detailed instructions for how to access the apartment and loads of recommendations for places to visit, eat and drink. Fantastic communication right from booking and James even messaged on our first morning to check everything was OK. Brilliant from start to finish. Thank you!

Bedford Row is a little gem! The appartment is beautifully decorated, with big windows in the living room that create a sunny atmosphere. It was spotlessly clean, with a well-equiped kitchen, comfy bed and amazingly even a Sonos sound system (ideal when you’re a music lover)! The location is fairly quiet (some construction work noise, but only during the week) and just a few minutes away from the busstops. Thank you Bridget and Keith for letting me stay here!
