Unfortunately a noisy night but this is not usual. Tim was very helpful in every way.

Endless moment of magic! Tree Space has such a peaceful energy with the sound of birds and trees swaying a constant in the background. So comfy and cosy, would definitely suggest getting the fire pit although not sure why this is an additional charge. The surrounding area is stunning with endless walks and things to discover.

Great spot with all the basics needed for a short stay

For people who like nature and hiking this is a jam! Easy to get there from London either going to Lewes (30 min walk) or Brighton (3-4h hike with great views). The sauna is the cherry on top after a long day out in the nature. Sian was very friendly and welcoming, and gave us plenty of suggestions. The hut is cozy with comfortable bed and good board game selection for late evenings. Local people are very friendly and it is lovely to walk to the nearby pubs along the hiking path. We highly recommend to visit The Abergaveny Arms, food is something else! Also Off the Wagon pop up pub is great. We will definitely come back.

Anthony was such a welcoming and generous host. The Cartbarn is a delightful - very well designed, immaculate and in the most beautiful and tranquil setting. Having a delicious, cooked-to-order breakfast delivered to the door each morning by Anthony was the icing on the cake!

Located in a wonderful private garden full of flowers and birdsong. Next to walks and good for cycling; definitely planning to come back.

Just had a wonderful, peaceful stay at The Barn. The Barn was bigger than we expected and we were very comfortable with 2 sofas and an 8 seater dining table. I loved being able to sit at the kitchen bar and watch my partner cook for us! I also really loved being able to sit in the garden and at the huge patio window watching the birds. The lighting was fully adjustable so perfect to meet everyone's needs. The shower was ample and option of different types of water power so perfect for both myself and my partner. Communication and information was perfect with instructions in writing and pictures! Very well appointed and we didn't need to ask for anything as it was all provided or thought of! Very impressive. Thank you so much for an easy, relaxing stay. Just wonderful.

Frensham is a beautiful, idyllic mix of lovely countryside and village life. The accommodation put us in a perfect spot for amazing walks, river dip on the way back from the lovely HollyBush pub, and early morning lake swim (along side my dog). What an absolute treat. Saw greenfinches and nesting wrens while relaxing in the pretty garden. Thank you. We love where you live.

I wanted to book a night away for my birthday meeting up with my daughter. I came across Seascape and immediately thought it would be ideal. We were not disappointed. Stunning location and beautifully kept. The weather was very warm and there was a air conditioning unit which was a god send. I will hopefully be able to return again

I booked this place for my partners birthday for a long weekend. It was lovely to spend a night in the hot tub watching the lovely sunset across the fields and the next day we went to Brighton to enjoy some of the night life. We had a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay in Emily's air BnB in Bosham .It was furnished to a very high standard ,spotless and very pretty with fresh flowers .The location was beautiful and quiet yet walking distance to two great pubs and harbour walks .Highly recommended .We will go again .

We had a fantastic stay at the Windmill Cabin. As mentioned before the photos really do not do this place justice. The attention to detail, time and quality that has gone into the renovation and decoration of the cabin is commendable. I’m not sure where to start but little things like good quality crockery, a fantastic bathroom and the wooden theme throughout really stood out. Sitting on the terrace, which really is a sun trap from the early afternoon, was just wonderful and of the course the fish fantastic as well. We can’t wait to come back!

Spotlessly clean and in general a lovely little chalet, we felt right at home and really cozy. It was easy to find and access. I will definitely book again.

The picture palace is a lovely little art oasis. It is quite amazing looking internally, with a beautiful aspect out through the huge windows. Loved the private garden, and the sauna with outdoor shower just topped off a great stay.

We visited for a birthday trip to the surrounding vineyards (Wiston & Kinsbrook) - Christopher was super responsive and friendly and even accommodated an early check in to support our lunch/tasting! The air bnb is as pictured in a nice, peaceful location surrounded by the countryside (our ideal). The host also provided a guest book with great recommendations for local breakfasts etc. As someone from Sussex, it's a great base to explore the local countryside, South Downs and numerous vineyards!

Absolutely beautiful surroundings ! Found a little trail walk behind the cabin and it was gorgeous. Was a bit worried about check in as the instructions seemed complicated but it was really easy ! The place was nice and clean and had all the amenities you would need like shower gel and tea. The robes were a nice extra touch. Really enjoyed the fire pit! Definitely stay here again!

A real gem. The hut itself is very secluded in your own field. We were fortunate enough to have great weather and made the most of the long summer evening sitting by the fire pit outside until dark. The hut is very well equipped with everything you need. If you want to get away from it all for a night, this is the place to go.

Charming Coastal Retreat with Stunning Views: Our stay at this AirBnB in Telscombe Cliffs was truly delightful. The place itself is incredibly cute and thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we stepped inside. What truly sets this property apart is the breathtaking, uninterrupted sea view. Grant was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, ensuring any questions we had were answered quickly and helpfully. The only minor point to note, for those of average or broader build, is that the shower space is quite compact. While perfectly functional, it might feel a little snug for some. Overall, we highly recommend this charming coastal gem for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with unparalleled views and a fantastic host!

What a lovely little gem! Had a super restful couple of days. Gazing upon Dani and Richard’s beautiful garden with book and glass of wine in hand was a little oasis of serenity in a busy life! Thank you!

Blossom Bothy was perfect for my short stay visiting the nearby Gilbert White Museum for work. Simon was helpful and there was milk and carrot cake to welcome me. The 'bothy' was just as I expected, and was quiet and private. The kitchen area is small as described but well equipped, and there was plenty of hot water. Just what I needed - thanks!

David was exceptionally good at communicating, made good recommendations, and was kind. It was a lovely setting, and felt private

Mickaellas place is amazing - one of the best spots we’ve staid in. We loved sitting outside near the lake and watching the wildlife. We saw: woodpeckers, squirrels, finches, heron as well as dicks and geese. The apartment has everything we needed. We told Mickaella that we were vegan and didn’t need to leave any food like some hosts do, but we went above and beyond by leaving us: oat milk, vegan biscuits, apples, bubbly and even a vegan afternoon tea! There are lots of places near by to explore, we can recommend Royal Leamington Spa and Brighton which is only an hour away! Highly recommended you book Mickaella’s place 🙂
