Nestled in the heart of the West Sussex countryside, this warm, cosy flat is perfect for individuals/couples wanting to get away from it all. The living area (above our garage) consists of double bedroom and a toilet/shower room. A kitchen can be accessed via outside steps. A car is essential for this location. Many walks (including the South Downs), pubs, vineyards, the sea and other sites of interest all within a short drive. Great base for Knepp, Arundel, Goodwood, Kinsbrook, Brighton.

By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.

We had a fabulous stay with Samantha. Her place is huge and full of character, the bedrooms were very cute with all you could need. Samantha is really friendly and communicative and it was a pleasure to meet her too! Kemptown has lots of lovely things to explore and is a short walk from the pier and centre of Brighton too, and the flat is right by the beach. Thanks Samantha, hope to stay again sometime!

Ady and Julia’s place was so accommodating, had the perfect location, the rooms were spotless & everything was close by. The cake on arrival was amazing & the breakfast each morning was so helpful and yummy. The best AirBnb experience I’ve ever had, would definitely be back! Also Ady & Julia’s cat is the cutest!! We stayed at the loft for two nights, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was spotless, incredibly peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. Our dog had an amazing time as well—exploring the orchard and even making friends with the our new neighbours for the weekend: the chickens. It was the ideal little getaway, and we’ve recommended it to everyone we know. Thank you so much :) xx

Really lovely loft room. We were able to have breakfast on the roof terrace with wonderful views of Horsham. Short walk to town - so convenient for visiting our daughter. Had everything you would need incl garden chairs and great beanbag seating. Def be back thank you.
