Attention all Mountain Bikers - this is your 1BR condo! Conveniently located in Powderidge with an updated mud room including hanging bike storage for 2 bikes. Queen bed in the main bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen is complete with full sized amenities (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, air fryer and more)!
