A bright, relaxed family home in West Wittering village, a short walk from the famous sandy beach and the village pub. Suits an extended family group or 2 small families sharing. The amazing living space includes a large modern kitchen/family room, separate TV room and a large playroom with table tennis, pool table and lots of toys. A large garden surrounds the house and includes a shady eating area, a lovely south-facing sun deck, an hot shower, a fire pit and a play area with zip wire/ slide.

Sadlesea is a very spacious house with a beautiful secluded garden. The two balconies give sea glimpses, the beach is a few meters away. The beach has something for everyone walking, swimming, surfing, kite surfing, windsurfing or riding. Equipment hire is available or bring your own. If you prefer to just sit and build sandcastles you do that too. Locally you can sail, cycle, enhance your art skills or just relax in the garden with a book. There are many local attractions available locally.

This first floor room, in our self contained guest annexe, has independent access via a door on the drive. It is a large, bright and light double room with a decent sized ensuite shower room and a king size bed. There is a comfortable sofa and a bar/table for eating or working at. There is safe parking for your car on our private drive. There are no cooking facilities but there is a small fridge, kettle and toaster. Basic provisions will be provided so you can make tea, coffee and toast!
