Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Westminster

Lots of family and friends coming in to Denver for my sister’s 40th birthday. This location happened to be absolutely perfect for us. First, because it was directly across the street from my sisters home, so we could easily bounce back and forth between homes. Secondly, because the house was amazing. It had plenty of space for our large group. Everything was clean and beautiful and truly felt like home for the weekend. We all loved the back deck and spent a lot of time back there catching up. I really couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thanks again!!

We had an amazing stay at this Airb&b! Everything was nice and clean and looked exactly like the pictures! There was plenty of room for a larger group. Our host was also very responsive, and super flexible about the check-in times.

Sarah is my new favorite host. Any time I had a question, she was quick to answer me. I really enjoyed staying at her home. I have stayed in many Airbnb's. I plan to come back to Sarah's home in the near future.

Paula is awesome!! Incredibly friendly and accommodating. Very quick to respond. Her teddy bear lab named Charlie is the sweetest big pup. We had absolutely everything we needed and more to be comfortable in the space. If you are in the Denver area, Paula will take great care of ya

This was an immaculate place to stay. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated and accommodations for 5 was perfect. The outdoor space was a bonus, as well as having a well stocked kitchen of spices for cooking. There was plenty of room to relax, read, and watch TV without feeling crowded. The master bedroom and rain shower was like a mini spa. I highly recommend this place, and would return with my family. The hosts were super responsive and reached out to see if we needed anything. Thank you again!

We loved the property,. Very clean and located perfectly for our needs with 3 family units with children. It is in a very nice neighborhood with a huge park across the street for the children to play in. Thanks for the great accomodations

This is the most well-run Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Communication was great, everything was as promised, and the place was immaculately clean. The house was very fairly priced and it was the perfect setup for our family. Having so many separate private sleeping and bathroom areas was much appreciated. The area is quite safe and is surrounded by nice restaurants, a movie theater, etc I highly recommend this home!

Really nice basement apartment with tons of space in Superior. I was suprised at how spacious the space was, which was really cool. Also, with everything but a stove the host really made it easy to keep / prepare foods. Kelly was super communicative and easy to work with, I would highly recommend this place!

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

Great place to stay at and affordable for the area. If I had to pick the best thing, I would say that the hosts were wonderful to work with! Instructions were clear and everything is laid out in the apartment. They were super responsive to all of my questions and were willing to accommodate my personal situation. Would recommend this place for anyone that needs a one bedroom apartment in the area and I would totally stay here again!

An amazing stay! The place was super clean and cute — just like the photos. Diana was nothing but kind and super communicative and fun to talk to. A lovely hour and I loved the proximity to so many places.

Marc has a beautiful home! Waking up and being surrounded by mountains is an amazing feeling and adds so much to the experience! The place was very cozy and has a homie feel. There are lots of things to do around Boulder and great places to explore!! I would recommend this stay to anyone.

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful time in Boulder June 2025 and it was amazing to come back to Jennie’s place after a long day of hiking and fun! Beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, cool and comfortable apartment with kitchen with all the essentials and super comfy bed! Jennie was lovely and always available if we had any questions. Mish provided excellent service and reached out proactively both before check-in and a day after check-in to offer any help needed. It was easy to check-in, the place was clean. For the price and proximity to my destination, I would book it again.

Amazing space, location, and host! The condo was centrally located, had beautiful finishes, and an amazing mattress/loft for sleeping! Irina was friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

Brian's place was fantastic and had everything we needed, including every kitchen item for cooking meals you could possibly imagine as well as a watch battery when my son's died right before his Ironman event. Brian's communication both in response to questions and when being proactive was EXCEPTIONAL! Would not hesitate to book Brian's place or any other property he may own!

We loved our stay at Natsliya's. Her condo was comfortable and peaceful. Close to everything we wanted to do, no more than 15 to 20 mins. we loved relaxing on her beautiful patio! Nataliya was responsive and gave excellent suggestions. Highly recommend her condo!

This establishment was the first Airbnb I booked that looked exactly as shown in the picture. Great amenities and beautiful aesthetics, I loved my stay and will recommend it to anyone.

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.
